These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.flightstoday.online and the travel agency services provided by Flights Today, a brand operated by BAGAR LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms.
Flights Today is an independent travel agency. We assist travelers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel packages across many airlines and providers. We are not an airline and are not affiliated with any carrier. We do not operate flights and are not responsible for the acts or omissions of airlines or other travel suppliers.
We may charge a service fee for agent assistance. Any service fee is disclosed to you before a booking is confirmed, and you must authorize it. Airline-imposed fees, taxes, and fare rules are separate and set by the airline or supplier.
Fares, availability, and schedules can change at any time until a booking is ticketed and confirmed. You are responsible for providing accurate traveler details (names, dates, documents). You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents, visas, and meet entry requirements for your destinations.
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. Content on the Site is for general information and may be updated without notice.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. FLIGHTS TODAY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLIGHTS TODAY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Albuquerque, New Mexico, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
